I ordered product received it and nothing on it works! Plugged in and nothing! Have emailed the support email address and everything g comes back as undeliverable!
Box came dented and now rust is coming out of the misters.
I received the unit yesterday. I read the directions and set it up. I was initially pleased with its performance. It ran for about 4 hours, on highest settings, on a table next to me while I watched TV. This morning I added tap water and started it up again. If I set the fan speed and the misting buttons any higher than the lowest setting, it turns itself off. Oh well. You get what you pay for, I guess.
I’ve used water and ice in this fan and it really doesn’t get any cooler than a regular fan. Mist is nice but now there is rust leaking from the silver sensors after only 4 days.
Front of fan broken off. Not sure how it ever fit. It’s a different size. Seems very cheaply made. Almost as if someone 3D printed it in their basement
